I would say Mulholland Drive, but the whole movie is a twist.

My fave -- Mulholland Drive. Actually, it's more of a twist middle, but whatever.

If you're willing to wrap your head around it (and watch it a couple of times), it's a fantastic movie.

The guy who Kelly was falling in love with turned out to be one of the developers trying to take her grandfather's hotel away from her! Oh, the horror! 
And yes, I would recommend owning Mulholland Drive. Especially if you're a Lynch fan.
