Why not have spoilers? Just rename the thread so no one complains.
That said, I finally managed to, uh...obtain the premiere, and all I have to say is oh em gee.
So, trying to keep it spoiler-free- My Weevil-love knows no bounds. Wallace continues to be awesome. I hate love triangles. I can't believe the first mystery is actually the smaller one. And that trophy wife is going to be problematic.

Still, what the hell was he doing with that written on his hand? As if Lamb wasn't just begging for a reason to take Veronica in as it was. :P
So what do you think of Keith's decision?

Finally caught up on last week's episode. How eerie!
Can we have spoilers on this thread or no?
Uh...does this mean the whole bus thing was supposed to be a stunt? I'm all confused!

Three. Weeks. Of. Reruns. ARGH.
(I understand they don't want to run it against the Olympics, but still. How am I going to get by until Spring Break?)

It's doing really poorly in ratings so they're waiting for America's Next Top Model to start so they can air it after that.
It does mean that UPN is trying to give the show a chance by giving it a good intro, which is a positive thing.
And did we decide on allowing spoilers or not?

Erm...why not? I'm all caught up thanks to my "source" of tapes. :) And there's only about 3 other people who are even interested, so...
(And I'm hoping a Gilmore Girls lead-in will help it in the CW network. C'mon. Hyper-articulate female heroine and her travails? Of course, VM has more darkness in half an episode than GG manages in a whole season, but still.)

I have no idea why it isn't doing well; it's brilliant!
I love the Gilmore Girls/Veronica Mars combo. They're my two favorite shows, and I think (hope) they'll work well together on the same night.

Posted: 2/15/06 at 10:53pmYou have to understand, there's a rule. Only about 1 in 10 good shows will do well. Same goes for the bad shows, really, but since there's about 20 bad shows to every good one...well, you see the results. Or maybe you don't. I know I'm not watching. :)

It just doesn't make sense to me that some AWFUL shows are so popular and a smart, funny, touching show like VM has no viewers. If people watch it just once they should be hooked. What is wrong with people?!
I watch my season 1 VM dvds all the time and the show never gets stale.

Posted: 2/15/06 at 11:11pmYeah, I kind of watched the second half of Season 1 over the last weekend. Instead of doing homework. But damn, it's just fantastic from "An Echolls Family Christmas" on forward. And how can you possibly stop once you get to the last 4 or 5 episodes?

I know, right? I'll spend an entire day watching it, even if I have tons of other crap to do, because I just can't stop.
I have to say that I liked season 1 slightly more than season 2 so far, though. And the introduction of this Hannah character isn't making me too happy right now.

Oh, please don't fall for "she broke up my OTP" syndrome. Because I'd seriously lose respect for you then. :)
Hannah, for now, is a cute cypher, kind of like Jane. And it looks like the poor girl is being used by Logan, so if anything, you should feel bad for her.
