I prefer the Hot Italian sausage. Is that okay with you? I think you need a nice spicy, Italian sausage in your mouth. The tingling in the mouth is amazing. Trust me.

Nina - I LOVE Chorizo !!! Also, whenever I can find them on the right coast...Louisiana sausage. That's long and spicy one too. The first time I had a Louisiana, long, and hot sausage was in San Diego for breakfast. I then found a restaraunt in Newark airport (terminal A - to be exact), that makes a Louisiana sausage, pepper,and onion sandwich..Mmmmmmmmm good.
