Phyllis, they're just too damn old to drag their walkers down to apply. We wouldn't prey on the elderly that way.

1950 would make more sense.

We Boomers were concerned about our forthcoming Social Security benefits (or lack thereof) so we devised this new system to help fund our slush....I mean golden years.

I am not getting a new ID until my TX one expires.
That's in 2010.

Nevada Law from the web site:

"New Nevada residents must obtain their driver license within 30 days and vehicle registration within 60 days. The fine for failing to register your vehicle is $250-$500."

Legally, most states require you to change your former state ID to that state within six months of becoming a resident.

I didn't drive in California and I don't drive in Vegas. I don't even have a car to drive.
