Sounds like this one will end up in the Supreme Court anyway. I'm sure the ACLU will sue them (if no one else gets there first) as a violation of privacy rights.
Don't look for it to happen anytime soon.

"Today, showing ID is a common fact of life wherever you go in Nevada. Whether you're at the bank, the grocery store, the bar, or the airport, chances are you'll be asked for identification. Most of the time, a driver license is used as legal ID, but if you don't or can't drive, the answer is a Nevada identification card. You can apply for an ID card as early as 10 years old, if you meet the requirements:
Resident of Nevada with a Nevada street address.
Prove identity, date of birth, and Social Security number (if applicable)¯see "Documents of Proof," below.
The card is valid for four years and expires on your birthday. It also makes obsolete any other license or ID card you have from another state. If you're a resident and want to drive legally in Nevada, you must obtain a Nevada driver license.
Documents of Proof
It will be necessary to provide proof of your identity and Social Security number. The most common documents used for this proof are usually a certified U.S.-issued birth certificate and a Social Security card. There are more options if you can't provide those documents. All documents must be originals.
The DMV does not accept out-of-state driver licenses or ID cards as proof of identity. It does, however, accept Nevada licenses and ID cards."
You've been there two years, right?

Didn't drive in California, nit? What about your beautiful, lamentably-rescinded Zelda? Who drove her?
Zelda? The midget from POLTERGEIST?
Was she deported or something?

Zelda was Ivan the Odious's Mercedes convertable.
Not to be confused with Zelda Rubenstein, one of the awesomest little people ever.
Oh RIIIIIIIGHT!
He would have been better off with Tiny Rubenstein.

Zelda R did one of the earliest HIV prevention social marketing campaigns for men who have sex with men, but I couldn't find any examples of it online. She was shown with a wooden spoon in her hand and it said, "Mothers says to always wear your rubbers."
I do not want this ****ing ID. It is another "homeland security" measure to know everyone's business and I am sick of this big brother bull****.
I live in one of the 17 states that said they can't afford it; I guess I 'm good for now. It doesn't look like everyone has to comply until 2014 so we have some time. Nothing worse than having to go to the DMV- the lines are always long.
