Anyone watch it? Thoughts?

I had it on mostly as background noise. I tried to get into what was going on but it just didn't grab me.

I watched it, and I actually really liked it. I only watched because it was on when Grey's Anatomy usually is on. I liked Barry back when he was on 7th Heaven, so we'll see...

The cast is appealing, but the show itself was pretty bland. Nice to see Rosanna Arquette, though, and the chick from Felicity (“Car-Girl”) was hysterical.

And there really should be a moratorium placed on “Baba O’Riley” and “American Girl” in movies and tv shows; they're just so overused.

"and the chick from Felicity (“Car-Girl”) was hysterical. "

The sad thing is, I think of her as the original pink power ranger....

I actually really enjoyed the show, I found myself feeling really emotionally invested in the characters, but I question if the idea is going to sustain. I don't know if episode after episode of the "forbidden love" theme would keep my interest. We'll see I guess.

"Pink power ranger"

That was my first thought, well that and OMG ITS WARNER! (Legally Blonde)

I didn't think the show was too bad, I don't know if I'd make it a point to watch it, but if its on I probably would. Watch now I'll get hooked on it.

I only had it half on - but isn't the show basically Company?

Anyone see the movie "Seeing Other People"? (the movie my avatar is from) The main couple in that movie do exactly what the character played by Amanda Detmer and her husband are doing. The whole having sex with other people even though they're in a relationship (or marriage as the case may be). In "SOP," it was also the girl who initiated it. Just thought that was weird.

I thought the show was ok. I would probably watch it again. Although the whole unrequited love thing can get a bit old.

well that and OMG ITS WARNER!
I *knew* I recognized him. I just couldn't figure out how.

Oh, Matthew Davis. He's SUCH a cutie. WARNERRR.

It was cute, and some parts held my attention, but others didn't. The husband to Amanda Detmer really reminded me of someone. David Josefsberg, maybe.

THE PINK POWER RANGER. Yesssss. And the guy who played Angelo was ridiculously hot.

It was cute, but I don't know if I'll watch it. I'd like to, maybe.

LEGALLY BLONDE!!! Thank you! It was driving me crazy trying to figure out where I had seen him before.

And yeah, "car girl", I thought "Oh! It's Amy Jo Johnson- the pink power ranger!" lol

I feel like there's been a cosmic collision of WB Monday night family dramas. Matt Camden is kissing Madison, the hot babysitter from Everwood! That's just so wrong!

I half watched it - got into it for the most part. It reminded me a little bit of "thirtysomething," but with a very good-looking cast.

Watchable show, but I'd rather watch Grey's Anatomy.

I found it to be an awful lot like the rest of these melodramatic nighttime soap-operas like the OC, etc.

I was amused by Amy Jo Johnson, though.

I wasn't all that impressed, but it's often difficult to tell on pilot episodes. I'd give it one more shot.

I missed the first 10 or 15 minutes, though. What was the deal w/ Amy Jo Johnson's character? Was it his gf? And why was he locked out of his apartment?

It was an okay episode. It was interesting enough that I'm willing to give it a second chance. Raoul Bova is a hottie, and Barry Watson is adorable, but I wish the script had been less predictable. Why not make MArjorie and Adam the ones who aren't having sex while the married couple with kids is shagging all the time. How about having Marjorie break up with Adam so that she can be with Brian? The dynamic would then be about Brian trying to repaire his relationship with Adam. Why do writers enjoy the unrequited love thing? I find it tedious.

He rearended her and they ended up moving in together pretty much immediately. She was basically a psycho, but a funny one.
