^^^ I love my neighbors. If someone's car alarm remains on for more than an hour (which frankly, is plenty of time to turn it off) then they call the cops and have the car towed.
And I could care less if the owner has to go through the hassle. Those alarms are such nuisances and really don't DO anything.
