"The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand for an essay contest. Quite enjoyable. I tend to just laugh off how crazy the characters really are. :P

I'm reading "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil". It's a great read. I love this book. I've read it probably ten times.

I just finished Lily Tuck's National Book Award winning "The News From Paraguay". Next up is "The Happiest Corpse I've ever Seen" by Ethan Mordden.

I just finished Animal Farm, we're reading it in class, but I couldn't put it down. I'm going to be done with 1984 tomorrow at this rate.

J LA I am enjoying The Lovely Bones, but really want to cry when I read it. My philosophy teacher recommended it to me and so I am taking his advice.

1812 by David Nevin

and sometimes The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pittman, but i really dont like this book..i saw the movie in the 4th grade and ive been scarred ever since, I cry throughout this book!! SO IM SORRY ILA ESSAY YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT WHILE I READ SOME DAVID NEVIN!

just finished Scarlet Letter for AP english class (and i LOATHED it...)
starting Walden by Thoroeu for AP too..

and i'm in the middle of reading "wicked: the life and times of the wicked witch of the west"
