My Loved one is getting The Sharper Image Recliner
it's been fun hiding it in the house.
This year I'm staying in NYC so they don't have to see me. The gift that keeps on giving.

my partner and i got each other a new ROOF for the house and a new FENCE for the backyard. this is what happens when you've been together eight years ...
I only bought something for my Uncle this year. I know, I'm lazy. I bought him a Cocktail recipe book, since he likes to do that kind of stuff in the summer.
I got my mother a blouse, a home micro dermabrasion kit and a small Prada handbag.
Brother- Car stereo/CD player

Grandmother and Aunt - Tiffany Heart Bracelet
Grandfather- I just put together a gift basket with Sopresata, a box of Torrone candy, a merry-go-round picture frame to match the ferris wheel one I got him last year, a bottle of wine and I am going to put a few more things in there.
for my Grace i bought 1 of those mugs that you use more for decoration that says "if men are from mars, why couldn't they stay on their own planet"... it's totally fitting for her... i'm throwing in extra stuff that i'm looking for today
Gift certificates for EVERYONE.
I hate the expressions of disappointment on their faces when I get them anything else. Moreover, I hate this holiday and will never actually put up a tree in my own house.
i'm also giving my man framed playbill covers of all the b'way shows we've seen. (yes, i FINALLY framed them!) we will put them on the wall going up the stairs
oh, AND tickets to the atlanta tour of LITTLE WOMEN and WICKED.
AND, for our anniversary, which is the day after christmas ... i'm giving him a photo album full of our london pix. AND, if it arrives by then, the BILLY ELLLIOT cast album

Who's this Grace zeppy's speaking of? Dammit!
I got earrings for my mother...I'm so not good at gifts.
The flu.
Thank heavens we don't celebrate Christmas, I'd be a stressed-out nut. It's all about Boxing Day, folks!
Oh I know, Blue.
Boxing Day is all about a game of cricket at the beach, and getting as drunk as you possibly can off your friends' beer.
Good times...
I got my parents a 6-inch goosedown quilted featherbed and a matching down comforter with a velvet duvet; my sister got a 6-month subscription to NetFlix; my brother got a gift card to WalMart (he's total white trash and only shops there); my best friend Jessica got tons of bath/body products, candles, incense, books, a few DVDs, some makeup, and a super fluffy bathrobe.
Guess who I love more? :-P
I wish someone gave me a six-inch for Christmas.
Damn, you're easy to please.
Make that 8, Blue.
Luckily, he has it...
what can one say? It's a gift!
(and one that keeps on giving, at that...)
I wasn't talking about you, Jaily, for a change...
I know, but I was.
("That's different...that un-uzsh-yull!", right? :-P)
