Waiting For Godot may be a cliched pick but I've never seen existentialism more well-integrated in a play before. This was the ORIGINAL "show about nothing"!

Truthfully, I haven't seen too many, but I've got to say 4.48 Psychosis by Sarah Kane.

Probably a tossup between Beckett's "Footfalls" and "Happy Days".

What's not to love about a woman buried up to her neck in sand? :)
