From what I remember, everything's far from the AA terminal. But if you're ever in town, you have to eat there. I was reading some recommendations and they were pretty funny. Most people liked it, but some hated it. The atmosphere is pretty hoo-haa, but the service is great.
Has anyone been to Stephen Pyle's? I'm pretty sure it's in Dallas, or maybe it's Paris(,TX). He owned Star Canyon a few years ago, but sold it to TGIFridays, I think.
Alfredo's in Disneyworld. I had the lasagna...and it was amazing.
Desserts? There's a restaurant in Los Angeles called "Palomino" and their Pear Bread Pudding is magnificent.

The first time I had Japanese food was at Yamato's in San Francisco in the late 60's. I was a kid and I had no idea what I was eating. The fact that I was using chopsticks was quite a spectacle as well. Also, sitting on the floor was a real treat. I believe that restaurant is still there today.
Seitan Piccata at Candle 79 on 79th and Lex.
An amazing mozzarella caprese salad at Il Riccio on 79th and Lex.
Some pasta (do not remember what) at Babbo. Miraculous.
When I first moved to Seattle, we went to the Salish Lodge (the building at the top of Snoqualmie Falls, if you're familiar with them).
I had the best salmon I have ever had in my life. It was truly an explosion of flavor every bite I took...
Tortellini alfredo at this small Italian restaurant in New York (can't remember the name). Every bite was like Heaven.
