re: What is your claim to fame?

No, she was already well-known when we met (we worked together) - but she was charming and adorable and we bonded immediately - wouldn't have mattered if she were a teacher or a nurse - we would have been friends for life no matter what. And none of this is not to say that I'm not ridiculously proud of her!

But I have learned that I would not do well dating celebrities. :)

Because, Thenardier, my friend is not even very famous - really only known by Broadway fans, and she still gets way more attention than I would prefer when we're out together. I don't like to share people!

Jwei, I missed that day in school. Besides, you all know what an attention whore I am - I want all her attention!

That's the thing, Millie. My star fantasies will have to remain just fantasies - there is no way I could handle them in reality!

I might be the same way, but I honestly don't know how I would react. I guess I better give it a try! re: What is your claim to fame?

Well, you can help the experiment by finding the numbers belonging to Liam Neeson, Colin Firth, Dec (in the UK), Cheyenne Jackson, Douglas Sills, and many more. (I can send you the COMPLETE list later)

While you're at it, if you could work on making some of them either not married or not gay, it would be greatly appreciated!

If I could do all that, I would have had a date with Maureen.

Oh that's right - I didn't really want one...

Well, then I suppose I am back to square one.... and single.
Thanks a lot, Rath! re: What is your claim to fame? j/k

I can't even find the non-married, non-gay ones in regular life... it's asking too much to date one talented enough to be on bway!

I was delivered by the doctor who bandaged Patton's arm during WWII - Third Army. More like my brush with fame rather than claim to fame.

His name, by the way, was Dr. Griffin. The griffin, half lion, half eagle, symbolizes justice - I kinda like that. I wrote a poem called "Griffin" - and definitely no fame there.

Our high school drama club was on a field trip to see Carol Channing in LORELEI. DllyPop had arranged for us to meet her. { We had to revive him} I accepted a fake diamond ring from her on behalf of the drama club. That ring was worn by many girls in productions for years.
