oooh, miss pennywise, I love that Margaret Sullivan movie.
btw..there's one Black and White movie I always forget in my lists and only remembered now because I just ran it again...
Lost Horizon - Ronald Colman, Edward Everett Horton, Jane Wyatt and a great supporting cast make this 1930's movie well worth watching.
warning: DO NOT see any "restored" version of this classic. It's one of the worst "restorations" I've ever seen. They found the original director's script and the original sound strip. So...they inserted the sound and because there is no film to support it, they merely inserted a still photo from the film while the dialogue runs. For 10 minutes at a stretch sometimes. Horrendous.
That is NOT "as the director intended the movie to be seen".
