My brother punched me in the stomach when I told this one to him. THEN he laughed.

Those are, in that order, pretty much my instincts, Schmerg.

There's still a student board here, right?

In terms of this board, I believe Elphaba relieves himself in Palm Springs, but I can't really narrow it down for you more than that.

Namo, this joke was too immature for the Student Board.

The worst part is that we all knew it was going to be really bad and yet, we all opened the thread.
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson

Your username fits the tone of the joke beautifully.

Honestly, I opened the thread because I thought it was going to be a first person account of being outraged because Schmerg ran into the actress playing Elphaba in a lady's' room and was hoping people would be more outraged than they were when the little mermaid was smoking in Shubert Alley.

Oh, come on. I wouldn't be so crass as to suggest that the GODDESSES who play the leads in Wicked have bodily functions like ordinary mortals!

For someone who's supposedly in school, you certainly post a lot during the day.

Kalimba, don't you know that school is now the official place for texting and posting?

It's a teacher workday today and yesterday. They're getting our second quarter grades in... oh joy. If you don't see me online for awhile, it's probably because I'll be grounded for my math grade.
And tomorrow will probably be a snowday because we're having our first snowstorm of the year right now!
(I've actually never sent a text... I don't have a cell phone of my own.)

And what's the reason for every other day in the year?

I've actually never posted during a schoolday, not counting the days I had off for Thanksgiving break, winter break and MLKJ Day/inauguration day.
But thank you for your concern anyway.

Ah, that explains it-you don't actually go to school.

Ha, I wish. I think I'll leave this thread alone. I guess this teaches me to stop posting dreadful jokes, if nothing else.

Schmerg, you didn't get grief like this (or post bad jokes, for that matter) until you changed to the girly avatar.
I think it's time to go back.
