Cold and crisp in NYC, as well. I LOVE it.
Slept with an extra blanket last night, and was as comfy as could be.

Hello Addy.
I hate lack of sleep overs. We always pay hard for at least a day following with I am too tired melt downs.

The day after a sleep-over can be rough. That's true.
Still, they're so much fun.

Yes, the kids do enjoy them and lobby for one almost every weekend.
Adult sleep overs are a different story.

Posted: 10/27/05 at 1:23pmWe had a sleep over at my house a couple of years ago. It was so much fun. Fun drinks, hot tub, watched bad movies.

Well, there are Sleepovers and then there are what I used to call Home Games and Away Games.
I liked having the home field advantage.
A sleepover with movies and games and drinks and a hot tub sounds like lots of fun!

Oh no, SOMMSy, there's no sleeping when it's a date.
THAT sleepover was my ex (not my ex at the time) and I and 3 female coworkers. We also made our own sushi that night.

"I liked having the home field advantage."
I preferred being able to leave the stadium when the game was over.

But when you're the home team, you can kick out the away team and not have to go far yourself.

Posted: 10/27/05 at 1:43pmBeing on the visiting team lately, it's quite exciting the things one discovers. And I don't leave the stadium too hastily either.

Home teams are more likely to reach base on groundballs, and they’re also more likely to turn any hit into a double or any extra base hit into a triple...
Just so you know.
