No,he dosn't I suppose.
I was mearly trying to juxtapose, for humourous reasons, the ignorance of your President against the insignificance of my home country and thank you JohnBoy2 for highlighting the insignificance of the birthplace of Dylan Thomas, Richard Burton, Shirley Bassey, Tom Jones, Anthony Andrews, Bryn Terfyl, Timothy Dalton, me, Charlotte Church, Mrs Michael Douglas - ok I'll shut up after that last two!

I was bord in the bowels of hell and baptized in the blood of children.
#52re: Where were you born?
Posted: 1/3/09 at 9:31pmIn all seriousness, where I was actually born doesn't exist anymore. Just the building. It closed a few days after I was born, and a development was put in its place. So, I could argue that I was born in someone's house or yard, or maybe even the street, or a tree or the sky, depending on the floor plan of the hospital and what floor we were on.

OK, I'll say it:
I was born too soon, and started too late.

Posted: 1/3/09 at 9:48pmI was honestly going to say that madbrian, but seeing as I'm only 17, it wouldn't make much sense.

Posted: 1/4/09 at 7:56amSan Jose, California. It was a beautiful brick building known as O'Conner's Catholic Hospital. It was torn down of course, as were all old buildings. The first replacement was Sears and the current replacement is Safeway.

Hulmeman: I wouldn't say Wales was insignificant. I frequently holiday there and am continually inspired by the stunning natural beauty and the rugged man-made beauty of its landscape and heritage. I spent New Year at Bala very close to where you were born...
As for JohnBoy2 I'll PM you a link to another thread that may interest you.
