Miss Scarlet of course!
"Represented by the red piece, Miss Scarlet is the sexy flirt of the suspects. She knows she is beautiful and will flaunt that to her advantage. At a young age, she received all the attention and this made her mother mad. Miss Scarlet believes her mother is hiding massive amounts of wealth and since her mother won’t share this money, the younger Scarlet has taken to dating wealthy bachelors. She jumps from one to the next without a thought, hoping her beauty and charm will carry her through into the next will.
She tried a stint in movies, but that didn’t last very long because her desire for attention irritated the director and he couldn’t work with her any more. Now she is spending some time at Mr. Boddy’s mansion, hoping to work her way into his money. "

Usually, whatever I'm closest to.
My sister Mandy was very attached to Scarlet, so even if Mandy's not there I usually don't play Scarlet.
I probably play Green the most because it's my favorite color.

You're getting a bit obsessed, methinks. 
Still Professor Plum, but I am going to take this opportunity to say CLUEDO. Because that's what we call it over here, and seeing it referred to solely as Clue was beginning to drive me a little batty.

When we played, everyone had to draw a piece at random to see who they'd be. I seemed to always get Miss Peach in the expanded version.
