I think Whitney Cummings should go back to school. That was so poorly written, I'm embarrassed for her. More than I am for that Lana person, who did indeed stink.

Lana may have been dire on SNL, but her song Born to Die is actually quite great in my view. So, okay Whitney, I'll give her a break.

Lana Del Ray was a big bowl of WTF on SNL (Jennifer North lives!)

Still, the insufferable Jessie J still ranks as the most irritating SNL performance of recent memory. I'll take Del Ray anytime.

Whitney, hun, this girl is about as "self-made" as Mitt Romney or Donald Trump. Rich daddy made it all happen.

Caveat: While the performance was extraordinarily awkward, I don't dislike her music itself and would listen to it over Rihanna or Ke$ha any day.
