That is one of the only things I am not looking forward to when we buy a house this year, maintenance, lol! That and I am 50/50 on lawn care.
Yeah... but I miss owning my own home, having my own yard, painting whatever colors I want.
We are allowed to paint. I didn't. I haven't even hung up pictures on the walls yet! I need to get on that.
Just popping in to say morning all.
We've been in this apartment for 2 years and I have still yet to do any decorating in the bedroom, lol. All we did was put up ugly curtains.
I don't know if we are allowed to paint, never been too much of an issue. I take pride in where I live, but I will only invest so much money into a place that is not technically mine. Buzz knows that one of my main reasons of wanting a house is simply so I have more stuff to deocrate at Christmas time, lol!

I have actually enjoyed picking out the fixtures for the new bathroom. However, I am spending a little more than expected. We found the most beautiful cabinets.
Hello everyone - happen to have the afternoon off. Should be doing household chores but here I am instead.
Brd - I NEED a new bathroom. We were actually supposed to get one this fall but it sort of fell through. My husband did landscaping for a builder and the builder was supposed to give us some remodeling. Well needless to say the builder is not coming through with his end. I may have to get my daughter to sue him!! Well, hopefully it won't come to that but I really do need a new bathroom!
Just bought my ticket for Drowsy on Sunday. I think I may have gotten one of the few $25 tickets left, but you can never be sure with Ticketmaster. I also really would love to see Curtains but I don't know if I can afford to spend $75 on it. I am trying to limit myself to $50 range tickets.
Good luck with your bathroom, addict!!
SOAG, I'm waiting on Curtains. They are supposedly having rush/SRO after it opens. I'd rather wait for that.
SoaG - I'll be at Drowsy too on Sunday! Are you going matinee or evening?
Matinee. I don't think there is an evening performance on Sunday.
You are correct, silly me! I get so confused at the different scheds.

Not yet, brd. But I am really excited to finally get to.

My susburban case tomorrow is continued! Yea. My wife is shooting a commercial and I wanted to be in town if I had to pick up the kids.
Drowsy was cute, a bit overrated I think. I need a revisit. Maybe with mom next week.
I was completely exhausted the day I saw it, so I would also like a revisit to be fair in my judgement.
I took my Mom to Drowsy last June.
Did your mom like it?
And DD, I recall you getting in pretty late the night before!!
Yes, she loved it, liotte.

GH, I cannot recall, did you see anything in Chicago when you were here?
Unfortunately, we were ony in Chicago for a couple of days. We didn't want to waste a minute of our time. We already had tickets for shows in New York.

I heard there will be a Chicago Wicked cast shake up with the local principals losing their contracts.
That happens on broadway all the time. Sadly, it will appear shortly in one of my favs. I'm gonna cry.
