They do! It's one of those things... last time it happened, the phone company sent me to the provider of the router sent me to the I-don't-know-what of the something-or-other... took weeks to finally get some numbers entered in the computer to fix the problem.
Like I said, not sure where the problem is here... it was fine until the airport update, but at the same time I was having serious issues with my pc as well.

I'm trying to figure out if I will have time today... or wait until tomorrow.
Also makes me think that I will get AppleCares. I'm still in the window to get it. Actually... I can still get telephone help, if I can find a friggin phone number to call.
I know DG! Then again, it must've felt the same way in the 1920's when people's cars broke down, and folks saying how much more reliable, and safe, horses were.

I normally whore my comp geek out to my friends who have computer problems, but Seattle is a bit too far away. Sorry.
BTW - Hubby just stopped by my office with a cup of tea for me. He definitely is trying to suck up for leaving me all of next week!
