Miss P - concerning Paul and Joanne - I think you were in the presense of greatness, on many, many levels.
I know it, DG! AND, on a more superficial note, they both looked great, too! (They werw with grandchildren. It was sweet.)
DG, you are so right.
Hi DG - Sorry to read about the loss of your pet. I still get sad when I think about my Maltese that died almost 4 years ago.
Brdlwyr - I can't wait for that 40 degree weather to get here in Michigan!
Paul and Joanne still are lookin great. They were with their grandkids.
I get 38 degrees tomorrow. Can't say I'm not excited! It's gonna be WARM!

Addict, it was nice today. Shira, you will enjoy the change.
That is so cute that they brought their grandkids.
It's supposed to be 50 here...with rain, which means if it were colder, we'd have MORE snow. (It snowed quite a bit while we were in NYC, apparently.)

Miss P - I don't think it's THAT superficial - they're getting up there in years, and I am thrilled to hear they're still out and about and looking good. Hopefully, that means they're feeling good, as well.
Now, to be really superficial about it - she's still one of the most beautiful creatures ever, I bet! I felt that way about the glorious Jessica Tandy - right up until the very end.
Mr. Newman, I have never, do not now, nor will ever have any objectivity with whatsoever. He is evidence that God is good, in my eyes

*peeks up from work*
Ms. P, the magazine I'm doing work for is called 'mo.
We're getting chili here now... snow on the mountains.
I figured we could use one...

You're not kidding, are you?
I am not.

DD - dare I ask what kind of graphic work is involved?
LOL
It's innocent. A map of the Hill with bars and clubs and stuff. It's actually a serious magazine about being gay in the NW.
Joanne Woodward looks terrific. Paul was wearing sunglasses (as though that would keep ANYONE from recognizing him!), but she wasn't wearing any glasses at all. I noticed her before I noticed him. Even though his hair is all white, his head is still full of it!
He is a remarkable person. (I'm not even talking about his acting...or his salad dressing!) I would have told him so, but I don't like to bother anyone when they're in the audience...especially when they're with children.
Well. when I refer to "Mo," there's not apostrophe before the "m," okay???????
Ok... I'm watching deal or no deal. I could never be on that show.
It's a shame you couldn't see those marvellous Newman eyes.

Too much drama in LIFE!
LOL
You made me laugh, Ms P!
And now... Heroes.
I did not need to "see" Paul Newman's eyes because they are burned on my memory like the moon.
I wanted to watch Deal or No deal tonight, forgot to DVR it.
Spring Awakening was good, I like it more each time I see it.
I finally assembled my bed frame today - all by my myself.
Oy - I need something strong for my back!
This was my success for the day!
