1. I got away from any major stimulus (the computer or tv)
2. Read for about 30 minutes
3. Did relaxation/meditation exercises. Was asleep soon afterwards.

2. I started to read my book, got so into it that I read the whole damn thing, all 418 pages.

LOL, I finally got to sleep around 4:30am, so I got a few more hours than yesterday.
