KERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dustin Hoffman - He has given some of the most flawless performances ever on film.
Bill Murray - Lost In Translation. Nuff said.
Meryl Streep - The definition of perfection.
Julianne Moore - Because you can't choose between the two.
Sammy Davis, Jr. - Because he's black AND a jew.
Michael Moore - Not really a tough choice
Steven Speilberg - Even though he's made some crap, he's still at the top of his game.
Elton John - LOVE him.
Ray Bradbury - Because he scares the piss out of me.
Garfunkel - His live version of "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" brings me to tears each and every time.
Hammerstein - Just because.
and I'm gonna have to go with Kerry. It was a tough choice, though.

Gene Hackman - I've always been a fan of humble genius.
Bill Murray - Because he knows how to use his gifts.
Meryl Streep - Because I'm an actor.
Sammy Davis, Jr. - All around talent.
Neither - I respect intelligent discourse.
Both - Complete competence should not have to compete.
Both - I'm a pianist, and will not take sides.
George Orwell - to my ear, a better writer.
Garfunkel - The voices of angels are rarely heard.
Neither - they are one.
Kerry - As the SLIGHTLY less of two evils.
Matt_G, Im surprised you didn't pick Nichols.
Choosing between Simon and Garfunkel would be like...like...making a mother choose between her own to children.
I think I choose - Gene Hackman or Dustin Hoffman?
Bill Murray - Chevy comes off as condescending and it turns me off.
Julianne Moore - Best actress out there without an Oscar. How could Nicole have one but not Moore?
Frank Sinatra - He gave us some definitive songs.
Michael Moore - Come now.
Steven Spielberg - ET. Indiana Jones. Schindler's List. Saving Private Ryan.
Elton John - Hello. Tiny Dancer, anyone?
Ray Bradbury or George Orwell - Man, I am not going to pick here.
Simon or Garfunkel - NO idea really. NOt a fan of either solo.
Rodgers or Hammerstein - Well, I'll go with Hammerstein as I think, of the two, he's really the one more responsible for the altering of musical theatre.
Kerry - Again, was there a choice?
Speaking of Billy and Elton...I love them both separately but nothing beat their Face2Face concerts.
Gene Hackman
Bill Murray -- Why no Oscar for Lost In Translation?
Meryl Streep or Julianne Moore -- I can't choose!
Frank Sinatra
Michael Moore -- Because I loved Farenheit
Steven Spielberg -- Have you seen Indiana Jones?
Elton John
Ray Bradbury or George Orwell - don't give a hoot
Simon
Rodgers - just for the hell of it.
Kerry -- Please please please, give us Kerry. Deliver us from Evil.
Dustin Hoffman
Chevy Chase
Meryl Streep

Gene Hackman or Dustin Hoffman?
Hoffman. He's an actor who has obviously learned his craft well and over the course of his career has taken many risks in the roles he plays. One of the greatest actors of the century
Bill Murray or Chevy Chase? I don't care for either but, Chevy Chase has always grated on my nerves so I would have to go with Murry.
Meryl Streep or Julianne Moore? An impossible chioce to make for me. Both these women are magnificent actors who have shown themselves capable of playing complex characters. I've had the pleasure of meeting both and they are equally intelligent people who take the art of acting very seriously. Both consistantly turn out great performances.
Frank Sinatra or Sammy Davis, Jr? Sammy was the more rounded entertainer but I would go with Frank. It's all in the attitude.
Michael Moore or Rush Limbaugh? Michael Moore. In spite of the allegations of his one sidedness with F911, Limbaugh is a more dangerous person.
Steven Spielberg or Mike Nichols? Spielberg. Both are wonderful directors but Spielberg is more consistant in the quality of work. I would actually put Coppola ahead of both of these men.
Billy Joel or Elton John? Elton John was, prior to being Disneyized, a more prolific song writer. His earleir work had more meaning to it and his lyrics told multilayered stories. He was also a better performer.
Ray Bradbury or George Orwell? Orwell. I enjoy his style much more than Bradbury's
Simon or Garfunkel? Garfunkel. His voice is beautiful and soulful.
Rodgers or Hammerstein? I can't seperate the two. I think the key to their success was their collaboration and ability to compliment one another's work with tehir indivdual talents.
Bush or Kerry? Kerry, because he's not Bush.
Good Morning lovely Nina...Thank You for that...now that was stimulating...
Yes, it's nice to come across these thraeds that make one think of something other than who is the sexiest, funniest board member, how many posts do you have and soemone picked on me o I'm leaving forever to go to an island with a bald man who can cook.
Of course, Nina enjoys the occasional who is sexiest thread, especially when she is mentioned but, a girl needs her brain stimulated too.
GARFUNKEL. Turned out Simon was less-than-mediocre without him.
