Sometimes, I don't really know what makes me happiest. I thought it was performing, but the stress that goes with that lifestyle, ugh.

Is this "normal" for 30?

Well, then, tell us your secrets! I just turned 30 and I drink lots of water, practice yoga, and use Creme de la Mer. What else do I need to do? :)
