re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)

The birthday weekend was a complete joy from beginning to end. We only left the resort once to get some take-out Thai, so other than that, we were naked in the sun or under the moon re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel) We met a wonderful man who was there for the weekend, who turned out to be a Southern Baptist youth minister - who was completely closeted. We had some great conversation - not ALL of it serious - and feel like we gave him a chance to be himself for a little while (and I'm sure we'll stay in touch.) Combine that with the fact that it was the final weekend of the US Open (tennis) - which I watched intermittantly while drinking champagne all day long - and I was pretty much in heaven!

We are having a one night stay at a resort in Oct. - it is not a nude resort. I do not even take off my shirt in public!

Any good plans for the weekend? We are watching our niece the next two nights. She is adorable. Cubs tomorrow for the last time with C7 and then TEN 12 year olds for an evening party, no sleep over though.

Yum... haven't had bubbly in a while...

Unfortunately the bad day is not something that will go away soon, more like something I have to deal with that's quite painful.

(sorry for the vagueness... I feel the need to sulk yet don't feel comfortable posting all the gory details - at least not yet)

Well happy Friday all, and while we arae at it happy first fULL day of fall (sigh) Some of the trees are already changing here and several have lost quite a few leaves.
