Just poppin' in before bed...
Had a really fun night of TV, and then at 11:30 a bunch of us girls brought out the pretzels and chocolate frosting, Nutella, Entemanns, ice cream, and some pizza, and watched "Gilmore Girls" which was a LOT of fun. Just a girls night in my common room!
And one of the lifeguard certified people in my dorm loooked at my ankle...he thinks it might be a hairline fracture. Woohoo! Had I actually rested it, it might feel better, but I don't sit still very easily. PLUS we had a fire drill which meant I had to rush down 4 flights of stairs (which is what got me into trouble in the first place!) without putting much pressure on the ankle. Blah!
On the nice side, people are so willing to help me. I wish I would LET them help me, but stupid pride gets in the way, even if I'm falling over. I like to be fully independant, and this concept that I might need help is rather difficult.
Anyhow...hope Friday treats EVERYONE well, I'll be at the Drs.
DAME, my condolences to your partner over his loss. I myself am dreading the possible upcoming funeral of my uncle, though I must say he is at an age and condition where life is no longer livable. However, it does not make death nor grief much easier on those who are left behind.
Goodnight!
Okay, that was more than a pop-in. Now, to hoist myself up on the loft bed I have...

DAME... I am so sorry for you both. It's a very difficult time. At least he gets to go home for the funeral.
I had a tough day, good, but tough. Blood Brothers is going to be so good. It's going to be a bitch calling act 2 when we're all crying like babies.

Shira - get your ankle examined. We have had only two broken arms in the last year.
Happy Friday!!!! Long difficult week at the brd house, but we are looking forward to celebrating. I must pick up some bubbly on the way home.

Happy Friday!
brd, I have an appointment soon. I'm calling Columbia health to see if they have a way so I can get there, because walking the 1/2 mile just isn't in the cards.

LOL K...
tn... I was not familiar with it until now, and I love it. It is so well written, the music is perfect. It's my first SM gig, and I'm loving that too. SO... basically, a good experience all around.

Posted: 9/30/05 at 12:02pmIt MIGHT be Mandarin Sunset if it were reflected in an infinity pool, but I dinna think that would fit on the label...
