FB was quite funny.
I am watching more DH episodes, quite fun. One more though and I'm off to bed, early meeting tomorrow morning. I'll be in Times Square though, was thinking of getting rush tickets to something tomorrow night. Any suggestions?

Hi hussys,
I have not had time today to read ay of the previous pages on the thread. What a long day. As you know my partners grandfather passed away and he has been very upset. It was also frustrating because I got him a last minute ticket on a flight and it was cancelled. The funeral is not till Sunday.. so now he is not leaving till Saturday. also had a crappy day at work. I am having pure Vodka.

Posted: 9/29/05 at 11:28pmOh I forgot. Q in Vegas was very good. The theater is beautiful but way too big. Attendance was at about 50%. And there were a few walk outs. The show is the same as in NY. but the experience definitely pales in comparison. JT is still wonderful.. even though there were a few moments where you could tell he is a little over it. I am still glad I saw it. Broadway shows do not belong in Vegas.

Posted: 9/29/05 at 11:30pmGlad the show is good, I hope it does well there! Even though I am still a little bitter about it beating Wicked.

Hi!
Dame, sorry about your partner's loss.
Liotte, things are good. I was at the opera tonight. Madama Butterfly. I saw it last week, and the production was so stunning, I HAD to see it again. I am still sobbing... The little boy who plays Sorrow is so precious, that the tears start to flow the moment he comes on stage. Add Puccini music, the gut-wrenching story and... well... let's just say I had mascara all over my face at the end of it.

Addy, I definitely understand getting emotionally caught up in a show and crying throughout the whole thing! Glad you enjoyed it though!
brdlwyr- how did the children invade your privacy?

L - Yes, I could write a book.
Addy - Butterfly is certainly evidence of a divine power. I have seen two beautiful productions, the first at the Lyric, and the second a small local company! I love Puccini!

brdlwyr... do they suddenly decide they need you the minute you are on the phone? Kids always seem to do that...
oooh, dreamy Matthew McConaughey (how in the world does he spell his name?!) is on Leno. *crush*

I am not watching Leno, but getting depressed about Avian Flu on Nightline!
Addy - I really could go on and on about Butterfly, it was my first opera that I loved. F's grandfather great role was in Le Boheme!

Have a good evening and as it's 12:07 here in NYC, TGIF!!!
