brd - if it were all just about making a lifestyle choice, that would be bad. But perhaps there are situations that are leading to this that might not fall into the 'normal' category. Shira HAS been known to play her cards held very close

brd -- believe me, if I had the option of getting more sleep right now, I really would. This isn't a choice (I mean, yes, yes it is, of course), but there are circumstances driving me from all around to avoid taking care of myself.
