Interestingly, they seem very drawn to me. I think it's because I treat them like everyone else. Either that or I'm just so freakishly different than normal humans

I am actually working, I just received the lab results on a case involving intoxication - he was wasted - 1.43

Posted: 11/1/05 at 11:30amHe's giving a concert with Lauren Kennedy this Saturday night at the Grove Theatre in Upland. I know it's ALL THE WAY out in Upland - but it's really an easy drive straight out the 210.

I know, I KNOW! The owner of the theatre (Sherry Kinnison - Sam's ex-sister-in-law) has gotten to know him, and arranged for this event. It's not the greatest venue, but it IS a chance to see them. I'm not really aware of his work - just haven't encountered it yet. We did see him at an ASCAP workshop he participated in last year - and we really liked him. VERY intelligent, witty, aware - and knew just how to present himself.
Plus, since we're kind of connected to the theatre, it will be a good chance to meet him and Ms. Kennedy away from the usual industry type hubub.

A fair piece, brd - probably about 55 miles or so. We do live out in the boonies Although, we travel ALL OVER SoCal on a regular basis.

Re: Jason Robert Brown, I love Last 5 Years, as you might've concluded by my recent infatuation with a local production that I saw 4 times. (they did have 3 different casts) I like some of "Songs for a New World" and didn't really get into "Parade".
