When are you going to Ravinia - today? Or did you go yesterday?
LOL - I hope DAME knows better than wearing manpris.
L - a movie, perhaps?

Oooh, DAME, you should go see Wicked across the street!!!
I'm rather pissed- I went down to All Shook Up to buy tickets for Tuesday night. I wanted to use a code from broadwaybox for $50 orch seats, and the woman said I had to have a printout of the discount with me (which I have brought in the past and they say they don't need it or even ask to see it). So I ran over to kinkos, paid money to get online and print it out (it would let me print the selection, I had to print the whole dame page so it cost about $10), literally ran back to the theater, got there at 5:57 (it closes at 6) and all the doors were already locked and they wouldn't let me in. That just sucks, because I want to buy seats in the front row and I won't be able to go back until Tuesday morning, as I am Six Flags all day tomorrow. If those front row seats aren't available, I will be very put out. I might have to boycott the show!!! (well, maybe not quite that dramatic- boycott for a week maybe)
Sorry all, had to vent.

Dame, I thought you would be further east by the park. That is the central business district, but close to so much and just a $15-20 cab ride to where you partied.
I forgot about Greek Town for my list.
My tour might change a little because you are so close to some on the list, but do see the lobbies of the buildings listed.
You must check out the history of the new Goodman Theatre. The Harris sat there abondoned for years.

It's emptier...did you guys get my message?
I'll sleep....adrenaline. And my entire iTunes was messed up, so I have to make playlists. This wouldn't be bad if I didn't have over 200 indidvidal playlists and albums....

Shira - GO TO SLEEP.
But, what an exciting time for you.
I came to Chicago 20 years ago this month at age 18 (I know that you are much older) and I recall it as a great time.
