Posted: 11/8/05 at 12:16amTomorrow is not until 4, so I am going to attempt to go back to the gym now that I am feeling better. It might just be a 15 min cardio workout before I quit, but I'm gonna try!!!

I guess it's just that time of year.
I'm heading to sleep, getting very drowsy sitting at the computer. Goodnight!

I need to get motivated to go to the gym. I need to break this vicious circle I'm in...
The only time I can really work out is early morning before work, usually have stuff going on after work. The thing is, the 'after work' stuff ends up keeping me up too late so I can't wake up early enough to make it to the gym. Hell... I'm already usually between 1/2 hour to an hour late every day.
I need help.

Posted: 11/8/05 at 12:48pmSee, I know I won't make it there early in the morning, so I don't try. And if I go after 7pm, I won't be able to sleep at night. Therefore I can only go during the daytime, so it depends on my schedule. And if I am not sick too.
