It is mid -90s down here this afternoon. Very warm for this season.

It really is beautiful. So close and yet so far. It is one hour away .( sometimes more) and a house in that area doesn't go for less than 3 mil.

Yes I live in NY, but I can fly to CA for a beach party! I'll be in CA from June 16-21, and brdlwyr, in Chicago for memorial day weekend. I get around... :)
