Almost noon on Tuesday, yeah it's mojito time.
It is 853 am in LA. My work day is just begining. All i can do right now is look at a mojito picture.
No mojitos today. I am high on Krispy Kremes!
I started my diet last week and next week I restart my trainr. Which means for the next 6 weeks no alchohol and no Krispy Cremes. But; thats next week.
I've been on a diet and working w/a Trainer since Dec., and no change. Could it be the alcohol?
YES! One of the first things you need to eliminate when you want to loose weight is the alchohol. You can later re-introduce it to your diet after you have achieved your desire goal.

Well... I was wondering why, after 2 months of eating right, paying for a trainer, etc., I hadn't lost any weight. Not an ounce... and no, no change at all. Measurements exactly the same. But I guess Dame is right... alcohol! Not that I drink A LOT, but I like my wine with dinner and cocktails on the weekends... or weeknights.
Me... doing good. Enjoying the beautiful weather in Seattle. Sunny and cold! Love it!

My day, is rainy.. It was pouring when I got to work.. Other than that it's good.. I'm just trying to figure out how I am going to finish allt he stuff I need to do before I leave town Thursday.. With work and Rehearsal its going to be a challenge..

Afternoon here, ElTico... :) Now, "weight" is a subjective issue. You could be putting on muscle mass and losing the other stuff, but still "weigh" the same....

Tico, Cookie is right.. Muscle weighs more than fat..
Yeah... that's what I kept on telling myself. Not so much. Had measurements done on Friday... the strange thing is that the #s are EXACTLY the same. Same weight... body fat %... Part of me thinks it's also the meds I'm on... they make your body retain fat (retain is not the right word but the only one I can think of right now)
