brdlwyr- glad everything went well!
Nice day in NYC, very hot though- good beach day. I'm stuck in the office all day though. Why does work always get in the way of everything?

How I wish I could!
I shall have an imaginary day at the beach... I wore pants today that have little embroidered palm trees all over them. I'll look at them from time to time and pretend I'm scrunching my toes in the sand... and drinking rum drinks

Yum, rum drinks...
I'll take a lunch break and go to Jamba Juice and eat on the roof of our building (great outdoor area!!), that's as close as I will get to the beach today!

Valium was wonderful.. slept like a baby. I can't wait to get home.

Dame - Have a great and uneventful flight...
BL - glad to hear about C9's surgical outcome...
I second/third/fourth the beach party idea - I had a super stressful morning - something is woefully wrong with my car and I was a little freaked because I couldn't control the steering this morning - yuk!
