Hi from Orlando. Tonight jennifer Holiday is not singing till Midnight. I don't know if I will last. I can't wait to go home.
I had a great time at the parks... but this is not my scene.

Posted: 6/5/05 at 4:16pmYes, we are not kids anymore! We usually vacation with family and a few friends. Our last few nights alone were July 2003 in NYC.

Next vacation should be to Seattle, Dame.

Back from the parade. It's quite hot out and we were very sweaty! Is walking a few miles enough exercise or should I run to the gym before the Tonys?
Sorry DD- I'll keep my ears open for any parts for you!

Thanks you all... I'm giving myself today to sulk and be over it by tomorrow.
Sunday is a no-gym day for me.

Ew, star wars!
There is a streetfair on Broadway in the 70s today, might go check that out for a bit.
Don't sulk too long, something will come up that is bigger and better for you!!

Good!! (and who I am to talk? My sulks last weeks! At least they are very rare)
Then tomorrow we can have cheery conversation!
So this is fun and random (and ballsy)- I was in the Time Warner building in Columbus Circle on my way to the parade today, and ran into Michelle Federer. I went up to her to say hi, and she was like, hey, I know you, I've seen you before. And I said that she should tell her boyfriend that I will be cheering for him tonight and hope he wins the tony. She said, Awww, I will, thanks!
It was fun.

Is Addy going to the Tonys tonight?
And, did someone give her a butterfly net in case Mr. Wilson is there???

Posted: 6/5/05 at 6:08pmI just discovered they are having a Tonys party at a local bar here in Orlando. But I think I will wait to watch it at home this week. And I don't mind knowing who won before hand.

Posted: 6/5/05 at 6:11pmbrdlwyr- you'd be so disappointed in my dinner tonight. So I went to that street fair in my neighborhood. And they sell all kinds of crap. So I got 2 falafel balls, and a french crepe-with nutella chocolate, dulce de leche caramel, and powdered sugar on top. You might as well put an IV of pure fat into my body.

Beacon - I also wondered if Addy was going to the Tony Awards. Dame, I would go to the party. L - I ate so much last night - awesome party.
Happy Tony Night. Our friend is here and we have huge steaks for the boys and salmon for my wife and mother in law.

Posted: 6/5/05 at 11:53pmI loved the Tony Award. I guessed 11 awards and I abstained on those that I had no clue.
#8091Who needs a Mojito time?
Posted: 6/6/05 at 12:02amI didn't care much for any of the nominated shows, so the Tony's didn't do anything for me this year. I tried to watch Idina on the live webcast, and the tonyawards site messed up my computer, so I can't see or hear any videos or music now. I've spent 5 hours trying to fix it and I'm quite frustrated!

Well, I definitely need something.
It is midnight. I was up a 5am finishing the last of my essays for the semester. The Tony Awards replay has just finished. Well, that was a waste of an evening. All that talent in the room and they can't produce something better?! Oh, for the good old days of the Producers and Urinetown performances, etc., etc., etc.
Okay, rant over. Sorry. It's been a long day. I'll try to be more cheerful tomorrow.
Maybe someone will provide some bubbles...
