Forgot I had a friend's reading of a play. Ugh. I wanted to go home. But I just made plans to be gone all of 4th of July weekend. Incommunicado. No tv, radio, or computer.

Now that I think about it - I took the family to see Bruce in Chicago! C7 has seen by age seven: Hairspray, Lion King, Wicked (3 times), Mousetrap, Jesus Christ Superstar, Of Thee I Sing, All Shook Up, Les Miz, and numerous children's shows, I cannot recall the rest.

Evening everyone. Back in NYC. My head hurts from too much flying.
However- I am happy to report that I spoke to my mom this evening (as soon as the plane landed), and she is doing very well after surgery. She was attempting to eat some chicken broth and jello, and should be able to go home tomorrow. Results don't come back until next week, but she is doing well for now. Thanks for all the kind thoughts and prayers!
