Good evening mojitians... the play reading was excellent. Very glad I got off my butt and decided to go. Now I'm looking forward to tomorrow's reading, it's the same playwright. A mojito would've been nice... maybe tomorrow.

Bewitched is a mess. There are humorous moments.. but the movie is a mess. I hate Will Ferrel and I couldn't get pass that. He has no chemistry with Nicole Kidman. NONE. Shirley Maclaine is wasted big time in this movie. Michael Caine is always a pleasure to watch. The movie will do ok opening weekend and then slowly dissapear. Expect it on airplanes real soon and on DVD shortly after that.

PS. I was at the early evening screening. Shira were you there?

Nicole is such a freak, who would want to see her in anything. She and Tom can have each other.


In Chicago criminal and civil cases have separate court houses. I was in the suburbs and all cases are in one court. It is sad to see how so many people's lives are screwed up. I see domestic cases, etc. Very sad.

Hi, everyone! Another day, another bunch of protests in Philadelphia - no violence today, though (YAY!)

The truly EXCELLENT news is that when I went out for lunch, the wonderful Coca-Cola people were handing out 20 oz. bottles of Coke Zero! Free stuff is the best (I'll have to post this on the Hot/Hot thread!)

Splenda doesn't bother me so I have to grudgingly eat foods that have that (ie Dannon smoothies) but nutrasweet gives me an instant headache so I've gotten where I ask before eating jello or drinking soft drinks.

splenda is - if possible - a little too sweet for me... at least in the Diet Coke version...

and DD, I went with the Zero cause it was free - I've been pretty good on the water thing...

No wonder I couldn't get a straight answer whether Bruce was in the show here or not. That's too bad... Did you like Seattle? I wish I'd 'known' you then. An acquaintance of mine does a lot of the wig work at the 5th...

I have reactions to both Nutrasweet and Splenda. Which sucks 'cause I actually do like some products that have them... i.e. Coke Zero.

BL - I still want to know why Nicole is a freak...

and Dame - does Shirley play Endora, or a pretend version of Endora (guess I want to know if she does any spells)... I am committed to this movie because of my deep worship of the original series (and I promised C11) but I think everybody who heard the premise knew from the start this was gonna tank!
