Which date is that, DD? I can't remember what was posted.
July 31, raindate the following Sunday.
Yes, the sangria looks delicious! (I'm about 20 minutes away from a glass of wine, though...)
DD, I won't be able to make either of those dates! I'm away both of those weekends. I just can't believe how booked up this summer is!
I'm stuck at work for at least another hour or so. Our company has an annual "Employee Appreciation Day" today and I'm helping cook for the night shift...
Oh no! Well... I'll have to make sure I check with you first before I plan any NYC trips... not that any are planned at this moment.
I am 3 hours away from a beer... hopefully.
Screening tonight of "Norma Rae" with guest speaker Sally Field. I love her.. but I don't know if I will be out in time from work and if I need to see this great movie again.
Employee Appreciation Day? That sounds really nice. Good for you!!
DD, as unbelievable as this sounds, my next free weekend is September 17th. Can you believe it?! I have ALL fun things planned until then, but it makes my head spin...
Dame, I love her, too! I hope you make it.
DD, I have more free time during the week...just not those weekend days! (just wanted to clarify!)
Oh my. Sounds like you are WAY too popular for your own good!At least they are fun things!
We have some big family stuff in August: my mom's 70th birthday and my parent's 50th anniversary. So, we're taking a family vacation, which I am REALLY looking forward to. Other weekends are filled with various parties and celebrations.
I'll be in Chicago the end of August, and in Septmeber I am going to Italy for 12 days. Can't WAIT!
So, lots of fun activities... I have no complaints!
Fortunately, my weekdays aren't as booked.
You're realizing my Italian Villa fantasy, aren't you? Cool... I continue living vicariously through you!
Well, I'm sure that whatever interviews I schedule will be during the week... it would be odd if they're scheduled on a weekend.
I actually started to realize that my weekends are getting booked before me realizing it... scary.
Addy;
It looks like I will be skipping the screening after all. My partner wants a quiet evening at home. And I don't blame him. Next week we have a screening every night and I do not want to miss one of them ( Especially the Speilberg one).
Time for me to run... I'll be back online tomorrow!
Hope everyone has a wonderful evening.
you too addy
Lotteries suck. Now I get to watch tv all night! It's ok though, cuz I already have tickets to a show tomorrow night and will try SB again this weekend.
Liotte. You concern me.

L - what up? What lotteries did you try tonight?
I only tried Spelling Bee. I was tempted to enter Wicked just to see if I could win (since they are next door) but decided that it wasn't necessary since I didn't want to see Wicked tonight anyway. Broadway needs more shows!!! I'm out of things to see!!!
Liotte,
Get on the train and check out some of the regional theater stuff. Goodspeed is only a train ride away .. as is Paper Mill Playhouse and many others. Regional theater prices are a lot cheaper than NY and if you take off hour trains they are not expensive.
Yeah, but Times Square is only a few minutes away. I'm a homebody- I like to be close to home as often as possible. So I'm only 5 minutes away at night after a show is over. Jersey takes forever!! And Broadway isn't expensive either :)
How about off broadway then?
