OH... I'm keeping Advil in business. I can move now, but I am afraid of whether or not I'll be able to get out of bed tomorrow.

My crasy wife is teaching a class at 6:00 am tomorrow, and then doing her usual 9-10:30. Not 26 miles, but still more than I think she should do.

Oh a massage would be so good. I think I'm going to take a saltwater bath. It helps the muscles.
