Well, where do I start? I was cleaning dishes and my wife says you have to go to our friends to watch the kids because our friend has to go to the ER. I run to the car, drive here and find the doors locked. The oldest was to let me in, but fell asleep. I tried to get in an after an hour found the front window open, so I got in. The three kids are safe and I am on a Mac not knowing what to do??? I have no clue when they will return and after all of the excitement am not tired?????

Hey brdlwyer,

I don't think you can do anything but keep yourself busy - everyone is safe, which is most important.

As for not being tired -- when adrenaline kicks in, it tends to stay for a while.

As for you washing dishes - you rock!

Good morning and Happy Friday. All of Liotte's training has paid off - the kids that I had to watch were pleasantly surprised to see me in the morning. However, I think I slept about 3-4 hours.

1/2 and 1/2 in moderation is OK, the problem is that if you drink as much coffee ad I do, you would drink like 30 g of fat.

My friend should be fine, she had a procedure at 7:00 a.m. and we should here soon.
