On vacation weekends I will not hold back!
I'm at 4-5 cups a weekday... perhaps I should be more vigilant as well

I drink quite a bit of coffee meself... you don't really want to be around me before I've had my coffee. Not a pretty picture. I usually have a double-tall non-fat latte + 1 drip w/skim.
"I'm still trying to figure out if we're a) just friends or b) dating."
Honey, that doesn't go away with age.
Happy Friday everyone!
My weekend is quite busy...
Tonight... I was trying to go see John and Jen again, but it sold out. No plans. Maybe I should stay home... what a concept.
Going to eastern Washington tomorrow for our company camp-out. I'm only going for the day; the thought of going camping with my co-workers isn't that appealing to me. It's an all day thing... games, lake, bbq... Walter Bondi will have a blast.
Sunday is closing performance of Camelot, so Walter Bondi will make one last appearance on the set of Camelot and bid farewell to the troupe. There's a dinner afterwards. So again, pretty much an all-day event.
DaySoiree, thanks -- but why? Why can't the world be logical and spelled out for me?
This weekend...debauchery? Or perhaps sipping [Long Island] iced teas by the pool.
Weekend in OTA-land:
Tonight is tidying up the house (cutting the lawn, cleaning, a little swimming, HP6)
Tomorrow we're taking the kiddies "down the shore". Friends of ours have a house and we're finally going to visit them after years of botched invitations
Sunday - travelling to Pennsylvania to visit some friends and their kids. The end.
Sounds like a fantastic weekend, OTA!
Oh what I'd give for a trip to the shore...
That looks rather nice.
*daydreaming now*

We have one more evening of house guests which had been nice. My father in law has lost his tolerance for gin.
We are having dinner at home and dinner with a friend tomorrow and to his house for games.
On Sunday it is to be 100 with humidity so we may see another movie.
brdlwyr, how are you doing today on little sleep? Are you feeling okay? Is your friend okay?

I am tired. She will be fine and home this afternoon. Thanks S.
My pleasure, B.
Alrighty, off to the dogs!
Oh no! Shira has gone to the dogs! (I crack myself up)
Ok. So I have a dilema. My company is sponsoring a kayaking day in August, and I really want to go. It should be a lot of fun, and I haven't been kayaking in a while. Plus it includes partying and drinking at some bistro on Lake Union (again, co. is paying). But that's also the weekend some friends have their annual bbq/camp-out at their house across the Sound. Nice people. I enjoy them. This is about the only time I ever see this group of people. Very mellow... makes for a quiet, relaxing weekend. Very different events. Can't decide which I want to do. And I have to give an answer today for the kayaking. Ugh!

DD - tough call.
I just ran into someone "close" to Chris Columbus and heard a little about visiting the set. This person said that Chris is pouring his heart and soul in the Rent project. My hints for an invitation to the Chicago premiere were obvious!!!!
I look forward to Dame's report on Tuesday.
hmmm,. DD - is a puzzlement! You sound a bit more enthusiastic about the kayaking - can you see these friends another time maybe?
I'm so bad at these "Sophie's Choice" kinds of things...
BL - I'm sorry to say that the only Chris Columbus I'd recognize would have to be stepping off the Santa Maria - you are quite a well-connected individual, aren't you???

OTA - I thought you lived in PA?? Sounds like you have a busy weekend???
BL:
I live in NJ, work in Philly - tried to do this with graphics, but it was WAY TOO BIG! LOL!

Yes, I should have known that. I work in Chicago, yet I live in Chicago. Do you how many people assume that since I have kids I live in the Suburbs.
No. I didn't make that assumtion. So is there any security on the L these days?
