Dame - how are the slots? I came across the BWW pictures and found out that that you are indeed not a 57 year old woman?
I do look forward to the Addy reviews.
Cookie - no Sapphire for me tonight.

Betrayed by my body, DG... I'm wrecked and tired, but wired at the same time...

You have been working FAR too much lately, dear - why aren't you joining Ms. Addy in a little vacation, Hmmmm?
because the electronic sensor they have tied around my ankle will deliver a shock if I stray too far from the area...
Just stopping by to say good night.
Thanks for all of the nice notes! It was a swell night, made even sweeter by the after-concert glass of champagne and white chocolate souffle shared with two friends
Time to go pack...
Au revoir.
Bon voyage Addy! Rest, relax, and rejuvenate!

One of them
along with a pink drink...
Hoping both Addy and Mr. Rask get lots of these in the coming week....
Addy, was of course DEAD CENTER in the upper row of the chorale at Carnegie Hall. The audience couldn't take their eyes off her, especially given that all the other members of the chorus were garbed in black, which our Addy had accessorized with a shocking pink scarf, much to the annoyance of diva Deborah Voight, who apprently kept turning around to make fish-faces at the "damn alto in the center of the upper row."
And then, just at the climax of one of the most EXQUISITE pieces of choral music Beethoven--or anyone!--ever wrote, the damn alto in the center of the upper row had the entire soprano and alto sections whip out shocking pink scarves and perform a series of hand gestures that shocked and mystified the entire Carnegie Hall audience--with the exception of one lone teenage boy in the family circle who cried out, "Omigod, omigod, omigod! Those girls are doing IDINA HANDS!"
The evening was soul-stirring, ending with Piper-Heidseck and white chocolate souffles.
OMG! Voight should have pre-empted with her own set of Idina hands.
Good for Addy... One does need a hint of color...

Well, she's not the FIRST to do pink at Carnegie - Van Cliburn has a history there.
Oh My! I wish we had pictures. Sounds like a great night. Congrats Addy. Have a wonderful vacation - had I read this entire thread, I might know where you are going!

Mom - glad to hear that you have heat.
I loved Spamelot in Chicago. I seriously found it to be two of the funniest hours. My friend and I cried with laughter. I took two clients and they also loved it. I gave my cheap seats to another client and they loved it. (I realize that with the copious reviews on this Board - that "loved it" is not very descriptive.)
