Why did Sir Elton sing at Rush's wedding? I know he no longer has he Vegas gig but is he really that hard up for dough. If he can do this, there is now no reason he cannot release the Lestat cast album unless he is waiting for a million for that also.

I have not seen anything where he said he is donating the money to AIDS research.I heard someone post they read it on the comments section of the story but Elton has not come out and said that. No excuse. Elton performed like a little monkey to a man who has publicly ridiculed AIDS victims and mocks gays and lesbians. Elton is scum in my book.Looks like the gay community is turning their backs on him. I say good. Gays should no longer look up to this jerk!

I call em like I see them. There is no winning with you. In previous posts I have called a truce and said we'll have to agree to disagree yet you never seem to resist being a jerk. I am angry with Elton and I am assuming you and I actually agree on this issue.Rather than coming together in agreement you have to be sarcastic.Like I said, you must be a miserable,bitter angry person.

ok, i usually enjoy watching a coupla goddamn commie peter puffers throw haymakers at each others, and i don't know if this will help or make things worse, but...

rom, i know you two go at it like gangbusters, but i think that roscoe would have posted what he posted whether you had posted anything or not. i might be completely off base here, but i think it was just roscoe being roscoe as opposed to him coming in to take a shot at you.

i don't know if that changes anything and i might be completely wrong - as forrest gump said, "i'm not a smart man."

i just think that in this one instance, that maybe it wasn't a dig at you so much as a general dig. does that make it any better? maybe not, i don't know.

like i said, i am generally just sitting here giggling and watching, but since i watch i know these things generally start with a more personal volley.

Though some might argue the "baby steps" and "lot on his plate" rejoinders have been done so far past "to death" they're almost at resurrection, they might work better when applicable to the topic at hand. Some might say Elton serenading Rush is not one of them. I would agree with some who might say both those things.
