oh there are just so many...
my favorite scene, being the daughter of a fire fighter, is in the episode that they become fire fighters and use the jaws of life to open a hydrent.

This show has become one of my favorites of all time. ALmost anything Hank says breaks me up. I haven't watched it for a couple of days - but when I'm not braindead I'll watch an episode and have a quote.
Actually, I should say - and this is no lie - anything Boomhauer says is my favorite line.
