Ancient Chinese secret.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you.
Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

I think it's a type. Surely hers and Eileen Brennan's roles are switched.

I was certainly curious because I noticed they had the film listed as Horror/thriller and, while the image of Bea Arthur strutting about a multiplex is frightening, it doesn't really qualify for the horror genre.
This makes more sense.

oh good lord. Read that synopsis. While it's POSSIBLE that the Bloody Mary legend is old enough for Hawthorne to have stolen from it, wouldn't you imagine it's FAR more likely that those Hollywood hacks stole from "the Scarlet Letter" plot to create Mary Worth?
Stupid people. Then again, most of the people who will see that movie won't know who Nathaniel Hawthorne is.

THE LEGEND OF MARY WORTH combines the urban lore of the Bloody Mary ritual (when children chant into a mirror hoping to reawaken an evil spirit) with the intrigue of modern psychology. The film is the story of a contemporary teenage girl’s fight against the bitchy popular crowd and against an ancient witch with whom she shares an unusual bond.
wait, doesn't "a contemporary teenage girl’s fight against the bitchy popular crowd and against an ancient witch" sound like a synopsis for broadwayworld - the movie? can we cast for that movie?

I deserve a name. Or, at the very least, "bitchy curly-haired boy with dog."

Dropping Mary Worth has done wonders for my numbers. They were at a standstill during her reign, I'm afraid.

I went back to an old hottie avatar in an effort to draw more views. I admit it's a little sad, but whatever works!

For some reason Regan McNeil and Tonya do nothing to bolster my views.

This isn't the audience that would enjoy staring at Tonya's thigh.
