And you very well may be right. Infact, you could be right about everything concerning him. However, I think there are a many things concerning the whole situation that a lot of people could give some more thought to in general.

After listening to him, I get the impression that he doesn't compute other people's feelings - they don't register. I don't think he understands what he did wrong, but he does understand he has to sound like he understands. He's got all the catch phrases, but he doesn't mean any of them. He doesn't get it. You know, I'm actually not saying this to be nasty - I really think he lacks whatever it is that people need to understand how their actions affect others. That would explain a lot.
