I'm going as a Kit Kit girl from Cabaret. It really ticks me off when I mention "Kit Kat girl" and people go "Ohh like the candy?" Yes, you idiot, I'm dressing up like a big Kit Kat bar. Whoopdee friggin doo.
Seriously speaking, I am going as Fritzie Kost(one of the Kit Kat girls). I have the red hair and the accordion so I figured - why not? A few years ago, I went as Velma Kelley so I have to go back to the Kander & Ebb theme. I'm going to try and recruit some of my guy friends to be some Kit Kat boys and luckily I know a few who will probably help out.

Mrs. Lovett, costume from the revival (because its hotter and I don't know how the hell I would get my hair like Angela's) but I decided to add a rolling pin to connect the old and the new.
Theatre is a safe place to do the unsafe things that need to be done.

Last year we did Peter pan and I was Captain Hook.
We might do Rent this year, ut we're a little hesitant because we don't want to tire it out.

My friends and I are doing a Modern Storybook theme, but they all have musicals in one form or another, so it technically counts.
I'm Little Red Riding-"Hood"
One friend is "Ghetto" Goldilocks
And another friend is Heidi "Ho"
When I get a really good idea for something from a musical, then I'll do it...

it was awesome... I went to the Theatre House halloween party last night at my college, and so many people came up to me like, OMG I LOVE NEWSIES. :)
