These posters really amaze me.

They think that, by creating new usernames with new profile photos, we won't use logic to figure out that it's still them.

It's pathetic.

And then, when they're blocked, they think we're lying and still reading their posts. It's terribly sad when they continue to post in threads when they know A)They're not welcome and B) No one can see their responses.

Yet, they still think they've won whatever fictional game they've cooked up in their heads.

Okay, so I was reading the boards and hadn't signed in and was able to see most of the posts from the person I had blocked and am amazed at how angry and bitter it's become. It's like watching a fish that has just been pulled from the water and is fighting like hell to get back in the lake.

I'm looking forward to the last part where the fish is choking for air.

I'm doing the same as you, doodle. With so many others blocking people the threads no longer get derailed, so it's quite amusing watching how desperately some people are trying to get noticed.

PS - I know others have mentioned it in other threads, but it's nice to see Regan back. I actually just re-read the book last week while I was visiting my parents, so it feels a little serendipitous to see her reappearance here.

SNAFU, this is what I said on the first page:

"Since I joined, it seemed like today was the first day IT actually created a thread (presumably for the attention). Just as serial killers begin abruptly veering away from their modus operandi when they begin to feel desperate, the same is happening here."

To further prove my point, it seems the attention whore in question has also started posting much more frequently on the Main board. This is a significant change in its M.O. and shows an elevated level in desperation.

This would make for some fascinating analysis in a school psychology course.

What's sad and pathetic is a week later and you are STIll obsessed with those you claim to want to ignore. Baiti g them. Insulting them. Threatening to shoot them. Even starting half a dozen threads in their honor.

Dammit, now I want to watch the movie, but it's not on Netflix and I don't have the cash to shell out for it at the moment (it sucks having to be responsible with finances between shows).
