Elizabeth laughed at Joy's joke and said it wasn't nice and that she should say "Happy Birthday."
She wasn't at all like she was to poor Sandra Bernhard.
Later Joy was riffing on Germans and Barbara said she should wish W a happy birthday and Joy did a Nazi salute and said "Happy Birthday, Mr. President."
