is anyone aware of a musical version of THE MIRACLE WORKER? preferably one that doesn't suck out loud. And yes, i know i have opened the door for some pretty so bad they're good riffs.
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys. "I guarantee that we'll have tough times. I guarantee that at some point one or both of us will want to get out. But I also guarantee that if I don't ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for the rest of my life..."

thanks anyway, Facebook (which i call Crackbook for most of my friends on there) came through, and i e-mailed the composer off his website. None other than William Goldstein of the TV series of FAME fame...looking forward to the demo!

Hopefully it's as good as the Helen Keller musical they did on South Park a few years ago. It had water effects and Helen Keller's pet turkey jumping through a ring of fire. How can you beat that?

www.williamgoldstein.com i think is the right URL. And yes, the jokes write themselves...but who'd have thought that NEXT TO NORMAL or GREY GARDENS were suitable sources for musicalization? and if THE WHO'S TOMMY can have a hero like that....well....

Already been done. It's called "Yours, Anne" and yes there was a cast album recorded. Trini Alvarado (remember her?) played Anne.

It has such wonderful lyrics like Peter singing:
I'm not a Jew
I'm not a Jew
(then there was some lyric about not being an animal in the zoo)
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
